Rachael Rollins is the General Counsel of the Massachusetts
Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) and the Massachusetts Department of
Transportation (MassDOT). She is the first woman to ever hold the position of
General Counsel at the MBTA, and the first person to ever jointly serve as
General Counsel for both MassDOT and the MBTA. Immediately prior to her General
Counsel appointments, Rachael served as an Assistant United States Attorney for
the District of Massachusetts.
Lalitha Gunturi is the Intellectual Property Counsel at Rocket Software. In
her current position she manages and develops the company's patent portfolio and
often collaborates with the R&D team and outside counsel. Prior to her work
at Rocket Software, Lalitha represented global technology companies, life
sciences companies, investment funds and financial institutions on intellectual
property matters at a large law firm in Boston.
Raj Dhanda is a
Real Estate Developer and Owner of several prominent Harvard Square properties.
He is also the owner of Neena's, a popular Boston lighting store.
