We will be providing a guide for corporate use of social media, including a
discussion of potential misuses of social media either by a company or by
competitors, fans, customers, or other third parties, and the legal basis for
taking action to remedy such misuses. We will also consider legal grounds for
taking action as well as practical ways to address these issues short of
litigation, and discuss practical consequences of these remedies. We will
include recent examples from the news and lead a discussion and Q&A of
examples the attendees may have.
