Drafting and Negotiating Commercial Purchase and Sale Agreements: Critical Issues for Buyers and Sellers

The program will offer practical strategies for drafting and negotiating commercial purchase and sale agreements. Both Buyer and Seller perspectives will be offered in an interactive discussion led by Eric Lemont of Sullivan & Worcester LLP and Kevin Bernier of TJX Companies, Inc. The panel will discuss provisions most often the subject of negotiation between parties, identify sellers' and buyers' preferred positions with respect to such issues, and offer their thoughts as to "market" resolutions.
