Description:

This program will address issues that commonly arise in disputes involving close corporations and other privately held small businesses, including privilege and conflict of interests, available remedies for breach of fiduciary duty, the differences between Massachusetts and Delaware law, indemnification of officers and directors, and key provisions in shareholder agreements.
