Although incorporated or headquartered outside the State of California, many businesses may be subject to California's unique licensing and other laws. Come learn about California laws affecting out-of-state businesses doing business in California.

The program will address the following topics:

  • Enforceability of covenants not to compete
  • California corporate/LLC law statutes that can apply to out-of-state corporations and LLCs
  • Securities law issues faced by out-of-state issuers
  • Licensing issues
