The Logistics of Representing Detained Clients in Removal Proceedings

Two experienced practitioners will discuss the ins and outs of representing detained clients in removal proceedings, including: logistics of visiting detained clients; getting clearance for interpreters; arranging for medical and psychiatric evaluations; getting a civil surgeon to complete the I-693; handling biometrics; working with the family of a detained client; court clothes; paying bond; and more!
