Description:

This 4-part mini-series of Brown Bag presentations will focus on achieving GHG reductions consistent with the GWSA of 2008 in non-energy sectors. Part 4 of 4 will feature law and policy experts discussing the opportunities for and challenges of designing programs, policies, and regulations to achieve long-term, cross-sector/economy-wide reductions in carbon emissions including cap-and-trade (should MA join CA and Quebec?), carbon pricing, and credit/offset trading.
