This training is for pro bono and legal services attorneys and will cover the following topics:

  • Cultivating cultural competency
  • Addressing confidentiality and privilege issues
  • Effects of trauma and its impact on your communications with your client
  • Working with interpreters during court proceedings
  • Special challenges of translating court forms, affidavits, and other documents
