Join us for this lively panel presentation and discussion of many aspects of trustee litigation  including how and when trustees should engage counsel, the risks and pitfalls of doing so or not doing so, how to allocate legal expenses to the trust and conversations with beneficiaries who may be in litigation with the trustees.

  • When should counsel fees be paid from trust assets?
  • How should communications between trustees and counsel be managed?
