Description:

Join us as representatives from various Massachusetts trade associations offer insight into who they are, what their organizations focus on, how they interact with their members and other trade associations, and identify key issues on their radar for the year ahead.

After attending this event, attendees will learn:

  • How trade associations use lawyers within their organization, as outside counsel, or as lobbyists.
  • The evolving legislative and other priorities for community hospitals, seniors, health plans, doctors, and the behavioral health community.
  • How working with trade associations can help your practice.
  • Techniques for navigating the challenge of representing groups who have members with disparate experiences and priorities.

Come learn, discuss, and have a glass of wine with your fellow health care practitioners!

The event will be followed by a networking reception. Attendees will receive relevant course materials.
