In the past ten years, the greater Boston area has witnessed an explosion of growth in the life sciences sector, attracting significant public and private investment in biotechnology companies.  As these companies move through regulatory approval processes and public offerings of securities, roughly 1 in 10 will be subject to a securities fraud suit.  This training will provide a 360-degree view of securities class actions in the life sciences, featuring attorneys experience in pursuing and defending these lawsuits.
