Tuesday, June 19, 2018 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM
Boston Bar Association - 16 Beacon Street, Boston, MA

Description:

This term, the Supreme Court of the United States continues its recent trend of deciding several important IP issues.  In the spring of 2018, SCOTUS is expected to rule on the following issues:

  • The PTAB’s process for inter-partes review proceedings
  • Calculation of lost profits damages
  • The standard for proving patent invalidity

Supreme Court practitioners Mark Fleming and Sophie Wang will explain what to expect from the Court this term and share insights from their personal involvement in some of the cases.
