CLE - Fundamentals of Affordable Housing Finance

Description:

This program will be an overview of basic elements of financing affordable housing, including low-income housing tax credits and other credits, lending programs available under state and federal funding programs, discussion of the impact of the prevailing political and legislative climate, recently enacted tax law changes, and other challenges presented in financing affordable housing.

After this seminar, attendees will know the basic elements of obtaining funding in connection with affordable housing and some of the challenges presented as a project proceeds toward closing.

A reception will follow the program.
