CLE - Conducting Due Diligence and Allocating Risk in Environmental Transactions

Description:

This program will review the critical decisions of when and how to conduct due diligence in transactions that involve complex environmental and energy components.  The presentation will include an in-depth presentation on working with LSPs to conduct an environmental review according to industry standards and a high-level discussion of various methods of allocating risk with insurance products and contract provisions.
