Hear from expert panelists about the criminal bars to relief and the relief still available to those with criminal convictions. Panelists will discuss (among other things) the criminal bars to asylum and withholding, waivers available for U and Special Immigrant Juvenile applicants, eligibility requirements for cancellation (including the stop-time rule), the 212(h) waiver and when it can be used to waive aggravated felonies, and more!
