Description:

The significant changes made by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 included provisions that will impact most tax-exempt organizations and their donors.  Now that those legislative changes are in effect, practitioners who work with non-profits must both understand the new provisions and be able to plan with their clients – beyond the hypothetical situation.

This program’s speakers will explain the recent tax law changes, including:

  • Tax on transportation fringe benefits
  • Basketing different types of taxable income
  • Tax on excess compensation
  • Partnership audit rules
  • Tax on net investment income
  • Increased investment reporting
  • Donor charitable deductions
