Description:

The Labor Law Basics seminar will provide lawyers with an introduction to the basic legal skills and fundamental knowledge needed to lay a foundation in the area or grow in their understanding of labor law practice.

The program panelists will provide an overview of relevant statutes, rules, and regulations, explore the different types of labor representation, and discuss special considerations for attorneys in both private and public labor law practice.
The event will leave time for Q&A and discussion by panelists and attendees.
