Established by The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, Opportunity Zones, described by commentators as potentially the largest economic development program in U.S. history, are now one year old.  Karen Kepler, Deirdre Robinson and Daniel Ryan, partners in Sullivan & Worcester’s interdisciplinary “OZone” Group, will provide an overview of the OZone legislation by  looking back over the first year in the OZone’s lifespan, and looking forward to 2019 opportunities.
