Senior Associates Forum Open Meeting: Mindfulness for Lawyers

Join the Senior Associates Forum for its open meeting. Forum leadership will introduce the committees, upcoming programming, and provide you with ideas on ways you can get involved.

This program will focus on the specific benefits that attorneys can get from a mindfulness practice. After attending this session, participants will have learned not only what mindfulness is but also several quick and practical tools that will allow them to gain some of the benefits of mindfulness without investing a lot of time or effort.

 

About Katie Aldrich:     

 

Katie Aldrich is a coach and facilitator at Fringe Professional Development where she helps lawyers figure out what they want from their careers and how to get it.  Before working in professional development, Katie began her legal career as a litigation associate at Goodwin. While practicing law, Katie began to practice and study mindfulness not just for stress management but also as a tool for career development.  As part of her coaching practice, Katie now teaches mindfulness to lawyers and other professionals.
