New procedures for handling probate matters will
come into effect on January 2, 2012 under the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code

you prepare with a CLE course that is designed as a practical guide to the
application of the new MUPC to handle probate matters.
Attendees will learn from a panel of experts
that include attorneys and Court personnel who have been extensively involved in
the implementation of the MUPC in the Probate Court, as well as attorneys
involved in the implementation of the MUPC in their own practices.
