Tracking People by Their Cell Phones: A Discussion on How Cell Phone Records Can Be Used in Criminal Cases

Wednesday, February 23, 2011 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
Boston Bar Association - 16 Beacon Street, Boston, MA

Technology is becoming more and more capable of tracking people's movements, often to a far greater degree than people are aware. Would you like to know how cell phone technology can track people? What kind of information is available - and for how long? Whether and how text messages can be discovered?  How cell phone technology can be used to prove or disprove an alibi?

Speaker Paul Daubitz, President of ATI Telemanagement, will address these questions and more. Mr. Daubitz has over 30 years experience in large state-of-the-art telecommunications and information networks, including voice, data and fiber optic.
