The Massachusetts Transgender Equal Rights law becomes effective July 1, 2012 -- are you ready?

This session will cover how the new legislation will impact your work environment, your practice and your clients. Lawyers of all practice areas are encouraged to attend, where they will be provided with an introduction to the transgender community, an overview of the legislation, and practical, skill-focused tips both in compliance with the law and in representation of transgender clients. Ample time will be devoted to identifying additional resources and addressing attendee questions.
