Our panelists will discuss the must-know legal issues that every business attorney or general practitioner should understand in advising clients on IP-related matters. New lawyers seeking to gain new practical and marketable skills will find this program particularly useful. Topics will include need-to-know information on how to apply for a patent, benefits of registering a client’s copyright or trademark, internet rights, artistic or media creations and distribution, trade secrets, unfair competition, and more!
